Whether it was charter vacations, weekend day sails, or full time cruising, I’ve struggled to find a reliable way to record and share my time on the water with family and friends. Traditional answers like blogs or vlogs (I have tried!) are a lot of work - especially if you are like me and writing is usually a bear. Even keeping a decent log book of my sails has often been a guessing game days after the fact.

Sailjourn is my attempt to answer that problem. With the ease of a social media post, you get an accurate, beautiful, shareable log of your journeys on the water.

Sailjourn is designed to start with a chartplotter or phone GPS track of a journey. Without any writing or math on your part, you immediately have a map of your trip, as well all the important log book stats of time & distance. Maps share the context of a journey with far more fidelity than a written description, and let you accumulate an accurate log of all your activities.
